Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with House of Novessa.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it.
Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
We reserve the right to decline orders for legitimate reasons, including stock shortages, payment issues or suspected fraud.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we'll arrange a refund for any amount already paid.

5. Returns & Refunds

UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to cancel an online purchase, subject to legal exceptions.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your items.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility for change-of-mind returns, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.
